When harassment occurs in the workplace environment, employers are required to act. As soon as a complaint, even informal one, is filed, employers can not ignore the problem. SIRCO use a rigorous method and emit a report stating if the situation is harassment or not and how to intervene. This method can be use on this following aspects:

SIRCO offers to management a practical training on investigation techniques for psychological harassment and handling of complaint* *. We can also assist you in developing a psychological harassment policy in the workplace.
